Your Customer Success Manager will promptly review your request. Typically, the refund will be processed within 3-10 business days, depending on your banking provider. The refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

After 7 days of service, we do not offer any refunds. When you register with Curl Reviews, you agree to pay for and take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your plan and these policies.

Because we offer a digital service, we track your delivery on our server side to ensure fairness and truthfulness for all our customers. You are also more than welcome to provide proof of non-delivery, and we will consider this.

As the first option, we provide customers with store credit. Sometimes human error can occur, but we will do our best to rectify this for you.
